Any modification or change to your reservation must be requested by the account holder, who should present the original purchase receipt at the designated TROPICAL ELITE TRAVEL counter. For private services, on yachts, and at Cirque Du Soleil, there are no cancellations or refunds. All requests for changes or cancellations of services must be made with a 48-hour notice without exceptions; otherwise, a refund does NOT apply. Please note that if you do not show up for the contracted service, you will not be entitled to a refund, and it will be considered as if the service has been satisfactorily provided. Refunds can only be processed through the same payment method used for the initial reservation. In the event that the excursion provider cancels due to adverse weather conditions, a full refund will be issued. If a customer is unable to use the service due to illness, a certificate or medical prescription issued by the hotel's doctor will be required as proof. It's crucial to emphasize that refunds will only be applicable to the affected individual in such cases. It is important to note that cancellations induced by third parties or representatives of other agencies not directly related to TROPICAL ELITE TRAVEL are not eligible for refunds and will not be considered.
